Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy uses your body’s own healing power to restore joint health, reduce pain, and improve function.

PRP is created by drawing a small sample of your blood, concentrating the platelets, and injecting them directly into the area of concern. These platelets release growth factors that stimulate tissue repair and regeneration, helping joints heal naturally. PRP is often used as a safer alternative to steroid injections and is far less invasive than surgery.

PRP therapy can be an effective option for individuals experiencing:

  • Knee pain

  • Shoulder injuries

  • Hip discomfort

  • Tendon or ligament injuries

  • Arthritis-related joint pain

  • Trigger Points

By addressing the root cause rather than masking symptoms, PRP can support long-term mobility and a more active lifestyle.
